Hi Friend or curious seeker, thank you for visiting my site!
In this world where anything seems to go…. the good, the bad and the unimaginable I wanted to offer and bring to life something good.
This site is created to encourage you and to share with you my new book, “When Relationships Hurt…I write & color”.
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created by forming from nothing, the heavens and the earth. Our creator, our Father created and set in motion a world where movement, continuity, rest and evolution moves us forward to productivity, growth, increase and purpose. We – God’s creation are tasked with the same power, privilege and opportunity. Do you know you are created with a purpose? To complete a mission, to be an ambassador for Christ, to go and make (create) disciples, and to increase and multiply? Yet the challenges we may face on this life journey can set us back or make us stuck. Not to mention, many of us experience bouts of depression, burnout, anxiety or stress that affects our mental health. These setbacks can disrupt our lives and stop our purpose.
Addressing your mental health needs is important — take time to rest, meditate, and more importantly to pray. Make time to engage in your favorite hobbies and lastly color! The art of coloring is proving more and more to bring peace, clarity and mindfulness! These traits are all necessary to be productive and powerful. Why use your mind space for negativity or nonsense, use your imagination to create something beautiful! And let the beauty and peace lead you to your higher purpose, your calling and mission!

This scripture-based devotional & coloring journal is especially created to help people experiencing challenging, hurtful, or painful relationships. The journal depicts several different relationship scenarios and offer the reader a scriptural view on the issues; following each chapter is a full coloring page that will further foster the calming more contented feeling that is necessary to heal and to make better decisions. The inspirational verses offer you wisdom straight from the Lord’s heart so you can be guided with light and positivity as you meditate and have fun coloring!
A 2018 Neuroscience article stated that Researchers found that after coloring for 20 minutes participants reported being more contented……
Let’s face it no one was created to be an island, God created you with a purpose and with power to be fruitful and multiply. You can not do this alone; you need God’s guidance and wisdom as well as other people. People that God has divinely arranged in your life – Yes, even the challenging ones or the ones that come and go. During your daily life journey, you will encounter joy and pain from some of these people relationships, as you seek God to navigate, use this creative coloring book journal to reflect differently on some of the challenges or offenses you may encounter so you can heal, rebound, and dream again. God desires to restore your soul so you can pursue your purpose.
